Patient transportation<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Patients’ access to quality health care is at the core of Caring Health Center\u2019s services. But one of the barriers to access, is the lack of non-emergency patient transportation – which include not having a valid driver\u2019s license, not having a working vehicle in the household, being unable to travel or wait for services alone, or having a physical, cognitive, mental, or developmental limitation.<\/p>

CHC recognized that lack of transportation interferes with patients\u2019 ability to attend appointments resulting in delayed care. To address this essential need, CHC solicited two PVTA buses that were transformed to accommodate our patients’ needs and support access to quality health care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t
