CHC provides culturally and linguistically-appropriate primary care services, health assessments, and referrals for refugees, asylees and other eligible immigrants.<\/p><p>At CHC, adult and pediatric patients of the Refugee Health Assessment program will have the opportunity to be given access to an array of essential health services including:<\/p><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li>Primary Care Services<\/li><li>Dental Services<\/li><li>Behavioral Health Screenings<\/li><li>Laboratory testing<\/li><li>Immunizations<\/li><li>Health education<\/li><li>Information on community resources<\/li><li>School health entry forms<\/li><li>Care coordination<\/li><\/ul><p>CHC\u2019s Refugee Health Assessment program removes financial and administrative barriers that prevent newly arrived refugees from receiving early medical and diagnostic services.
