Foster children under 5 years old automatically qualify for WIC. Fathers and other legal guardians are encouraged to apply for WIC for their infants and children. Our friendly, dedicated staff will help determine whether you qualify for WIC and help you through the application process.<\/p><p>You can participate in WIC if you:<\/p><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li>Live in Massachusetts<\/li><li>Have a nutritional need (WIC staff can help you determine this)<\/li><li>Are a child under 5, or a pregnant or breastfeeding woman, and<\/li><li>Have a
