The Ryan White HIV\/AIDS program makes this possible.<\/p>\n\n<h5>What is the Ryan White HIV\/AIDS Program?<\/h5>\n\n<p>The Ryan White HIV\/AIDS Program exists to make sure you or your loved ones living with HIV can always receive the best care and support, regardless of your ability to pay or insurance status.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Ryan White HIV\/AIDS Program enables CHC to provide you with:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Primary Care<\/li>\n<li>Dental Services<\/li>\n<li>Medication Adherence Support<\/li>\n<li>Mental Health Services<\/li>\n<li>Substance Abuse Treatment<\/li>\n<li>Nutrition Services<\/li>\n<li>Health Insurance Premium and Copay Assistance<\/li>\n<li>Case management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CHC patients enrolled in the Ryan White program are provided high quality health and social services by a multidisciplinary team observing the strictest standards of confidentiality in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. We always welcome newly diagnosed patients with HIV\/AIDS, and those living with HIV\/AIDS that are new in our community.
